Being Cyber Bullied?
Cyber bullying can make you feel depressed lonely and weak, even though its just little messages coming through a screen.
If you think you are being cyber bullied,
capture some of the messages.
You could use this as proof for later - Though this is not the best source.
report the persons comments.
It's the best way to know someone is doing something about them.
block the person.
This is the best way to make sure their comments are prevented.
..if their friends are joining in:
close your guestbook for a while (or leave it open to friends only)
this is so you completely prevent the comments and feel safer.
tell someone.
Tell a friend. Not to gang up on the person, but to talk it through with them and maybe understand a misunderstanding.

Been hacked?
If you have been hacked it is through your own fault - for disobeying Stardoll rules. This can range from:
- Entering your password somewhere other than Stardoll.com - e.g a proxy
- Giving your password to someone
- Sharing your password somewhere
Some people say they didn't do any of this, but Stardoll is too secure for this to happen.
Anyway, if you have been hacked, there is only one way to get your account back, and that is to send stardoll all the information you can remember.
- Sign up birth date
- Passwords used
- E-mails used
- Username
- Country signed up with
- User ID
- Level
- Points
- Recent purchases...
etc. etc.
Send as much information as you can, and if you do get your account back, obey the rules.
If you are looking at this and your account is safe, you may want to make note of these incase you do lose your account.

Been scammed?
You can only be scammed from disobeying stardoll rules also, but if you have, there is not much chance you will get anything back from stardoll, as they warn you in the rules, but we suggest you talk through the problem with the scammer and tell them how you feel.
There is a low chance you may get your money or item back, but its a good lesson for the scammer.

Can't handle rumours?
Is someone telling lies about you? Maybe telling everyone you're a hacker, liar or bully (And you aren't)?
There is only one thing to do.
Not complain.
Not tell everyone your life story.
You gotta' ignore it.
Completely.
What does that mean???
It means you stop visiting people who may have rude thing on their presentations/guestbooks about you.
It means you close up your guestbook for a while.
It means you don't hint to anyone if the rumour is true or false.
You just ignore it.
People will get bored and the rumour will fade away.

Want to clear your reputation?
Did you used to do silly things, like bully, hack, scam or lie to people, and people still harass you and hate you for this?
You need to apologise!
The next time someone says something about it, give a clear, apology from the heart.
Put a long apology on your presentation, telling people you've changed and you wish for forgiveness.
Get your friends to support you. Get them to explain how nice you are on your guestbook or something.
And most importantly...
Never do it again.
